There is no other place to take your pet in Coppell! We use All Care for our normal vet needs for our dog and also for boarding every time we go out of town. They genuinely care about our pup and the staff are extremely nice and friendly. Two years ago we used them when our rather active doggo needed a knee surgery. The surgery was a success and she’s healed great!
Don’t bring your cat here. I brought my boy in due to finding blood in his stool, they kept him all day and ran tests. They didn’t call me to come get him- I had to call them myself before they closed and the girl on the phone gave me an attitude and said “you should come get him now.” How was I supposed to know he was ready?
When I arrived, the vet informed me his kidneys were enlarged and offered to administer fluids to rehydrate him. I agreed and the vet (or maybe they were a tech, I don’t know) struggled with my cat for some time before coming back in the room and informing me they weren’t able to do it. I’m sorry, isn’t it your job to handle stressed, scared animals who need medical treatment? Also, they have office cats that roam around in the back area with the animal patients (which seems a little dangerous for both the patients and the resident cats) so if your cat is stressed out by other cats like mine is, definitely go elsewhere. I paid $400 for them to not treat him and send him home more stressed out than when I brought him in. I got peace of mind from the tests which is important but that’s about it. They also tried to charge me for the fluids they didn’t give him. LOL. No thanks. It’s just baffling to me they would send home a sick cat without doing any treatments. They treated him like an afterthought. If you love your pet please go elsewhere.
I can’t say enough about All Care. Our dog Bella had to be put down after 13 wonderful yrs. It was a very tough day. I called our regular Vet ( Riverchase Animal hospital) we have used for 13 yrs to get Bella in to have her put down. I was told they were booked. I pleaded to help get her in. I was told again they could not fit her in. I Googled vets in Coppell, All Care came up. I called them crying asking to get Bella in to be put down. They too were booked for the day but the HUGE difference was the person put me on hold to see if she could do something. Got back on the phone, asked me if I could come in right now. I carried Bella in, They were expecting us. They opened the door for us to enter the room immediately, both my wife and I were able to sit with Bella while the Vet administering the process to end her life. Thank you for fitting us in so Bella did not have to suffer. Letting us both cry so hard with Bella in her last breaths. It will be awhile before we get another dog but we will definitely be using your clinic services when we do. I recommend All Care to everyone.
Thank you for the kind note we just received in the mail from your clinic with Bellas paw print.
Not a follow up or anything from Riverchase animal hospital about Bella.
Thank You - David, Sandy Flesher - Grow it
Had a great experience with our first visit to All Care. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the veterinarian was incredibly nice and provided tons of information when answering our questions about our new kitty. I’d give this place 10-stars 🥇if I could. …
Gregg Weber once told me that it wasn't how much one knows but how much one cares. That describes this practice purrrrfectly.
I brought my chronically ill elderly dog in. He has reacted very poorly to Cytopoint. I declined Cytopoint. Despite this staff took my dog into the back and injected him with Cytopoint without my consent. The manager offered to discount the cost. She seemed more concerned about payment than the negligence of her staff. Discounting the cost will not stop the suffering of my pet. The saddest part was she hung up on me. Don't bring your pet to this office. If anything goes wrong they will not admit wrong doing, will not work with you to solve the issue and will treat you with little to no respect.
the doctors and staff are great.
They are really great with my dog.
It's been 3 yes since we are taking our pets to this place. Now what we notice is that the staff (front desk and assistant) are kind of Blahh, n rude. Customer service has definitely declined. The doctor is good. That's the only thing keeping us here, although if we get a replacement, it will definitely switch.
Hope they get better at their service.
